Classic Japanese American cooking right here. Stewed zucchini with beef and add all the rest of the veggies in the kitchen. Serve with a bowl of rice or for the carb concious it can totally be eaten as is.
“Okazu” means the thing that will accompany the rice. Kids would ask their parents “kyou no okazu na-ni?” (what’s the okazu for today?) in lieu of “What’s for dinner?”. They only needed to know what the okazu was because the rice and miso soup were assumed.
Ground beef + Zucchini + Onions + Sweet Peppers + Tomato Sauce + Soy Sauce + Seasonings
Sold in Frozen 24 oz container | 2 Servings
