Vegetarian Zucchini Okazu | 2 Servings

$20.00
sold out

Classic Japanese American cooking with a modern substitution. It’s really hard to tell the difference between the beef one. Maybe just a bit on the texture. Both delicious. Serve with a bowl of rice or for the carb conscious it can totally be eaten as is.

“Okazu” means the thing that will accompany the rice. Kids would ask their parents “kyou no okazu na-ni?” (what’s the okazu for today?) in lieu of “What’s for dinner?”. They only needed to know what the okazu was because the rice and miso soup were assumed.

Beyond Meat + Zucchini + Onions + Sweet Peppers + Tomato Sauce + Soy Sauce + Seasonings

Sold in Frozen 24 oz container | 2 Servings
